A. The book should be a minimum of 45,000 words.

Q. How long does it take for you to respond once you receive my submission?

A. We try for 4-6 weeks, but it can take up to 3 months. It depends on the amount of submissions we receive. In an effort to keep our workloads manageable, we will sometimes close submissions for a short period.

Q. Do I have to be a published author to submit to you?

A. No. We accept work from published and unpublished authors.

Q. Should I get my book edited before I submit it?

A. Although we do ask that you make an effort to clear up grammar, spelling, and punctuation issues, you do not need  to get your book professionally edited before submitting. If we are interested in your story, we will do the editing.

Q. If you reject my novel, can I resubmit it later after I’ve made changes?

A. We do accept resubmissions, but only if we ask for them.
